A multipurpose facility should be built in the Slovak capital for EUR 18.5 million

A new multipurpose facility is likely to grow in Bratislava. It is planned for construction by Horsen for about EUR 18.5 million and should be composed of 3 buildings. The investor wants to launch the construction activities on the Seberíniho Street in the district of Ružinov in September 2010 and plans to finish construction in 2012. The multipurpose establishment will provide an area of over 5,600 square metres for residential purposes. The investor will also build suites with the total area of over 4,500 square metres and almost 400 square meters of areas for shops and services.
