Penta wants to sell its Bratislava headquarters

Investment group Penta plans to sell its Bratislava headquarters in Křižíkova street. The reason is moving the Slovak branch to new premises in the Digital Park II building which was developed by the Penta and which introduced 53.000 m2 of office spaces in A standard onto Bratislava market in its 2 phases. Total investment costs reached EUR 100 mill. and apart from Penta companies such as Deloitte, Avnet Technology Solutions, Bank Plus, Bauer Media, Dalkia, Digi TV, Dôvera zdravotná poisťovna, Kia Motor Slovakia, Lenovo, OTP Leasing, Privatbanka, ProCare, Sauter and others have their headquarters there.
