Bratislava Digital Park II is going to be approved soon
The investor Penta expects finalization and the building approval of the 2nd phase of the Digital Park project in Einsteinova Street in Bratislava at the end of May 2009. The Digital Park II consists of 4 mutually interconnected buildings. The object will create the new administrative centre involving mostly office spaces and additional functions of shopping and services. The building will have 8 aboveground and 2 underground storeys, totally about 1000 parking places will be created there.
In year 2005 Penta entered the real estate market with the Digital Park project, which should create the new administrative centre with shops and services. The total cost will achieve 100 millions Euro. The building-up of the Digital Park I building started in April 2005, works were finished in September 2006. The building-up of four buildings of Digital Park II was started in October 2007. Penta wants to continue by the 3rd phase too, which is upon the preparation phase. Office spaces are mainly concerned.
