Bratislava: Eurovea continues according to the plan

The building-up of the Eurovea complex first part at the price of 350 millions Euro continues according to the plan on the left bank of the Danube River in Bratislava. The investment company Ballymore Properties did not register delays in building works till now, Patrícia Hradilová, the company speaker, confirmed it. Currently they are finalizing glass facades and roofs, imbedding windows and doors. They are mounting technical infrastructure and lifts in the interior, embedding stair rails. „The house inspection will be continuous, because it is solved in particular building objects standardly, which are ten in the Eurovea project,“ Hradilová told. The common spaces inspection is planned for autumn 2009. The complex ought to be open in the planned term in spring 2010.

The building-up of the 1st part of the Eurovea complex started in year 2006. 4 residential houses Eurovea Apartments, 3 administrative buildings Eurovea Central, shopping zone Pribina Galleria with 2300 triangle shaped roof glasses and 5-star hotel Sheraton Bratislava will be its components. Administrative spaces are rented by 60% and businesses ones by 75% currently. The project component should be 2-hectare bank park and 2-storied underground parking places. The flood-protection has also been built-up at the price of above 1 million Euros. The underground iron-concrete wall against thousand-year water creates it. The building-up of the 2nd part of the complex has also been planned; detailed information is not known yet.
