The City Gallery commercial centre will grow at Prievidza

The City Gallery commercial centre should grow at Prievidza within 3 years. The project for more than 30 million Euro should have a form of a commercial gallery, which is still missing in the centre of Upper Nitra. The investor is the local company EWD, which in addition to 50-thousand Prievidza also relies on the purchasing potential of 125 thousand people living in the vicinity. The Gallery should have 20 thousand m2 of rentable area with 60 establishments. The project will grow near Bojnická cesta (Bojnická road) next to the winter stadium and Tesco department store. In addition to the gallery with shops also administrative spaces and the 6-storied parking house with 500 places ought to be created here.
