IBM Slovakia heading to Apollo Business Center II
The representatives of IBM Slovakia and property developer HB Reavis Slovakia signed a lease contract for office space at Bratislava´s Apollo Business Center II. The contract contains lease of 8.500 sqm of office space of the highest A-standard; 9 floors altogether in a 16-storey high-rise building in Prievozská street. HB Reavis Slovakia informed about this. The developer invested a total of EUR 130 mill. in construction of the modern Apollo Business Center II administration complex. Together with the Apollo Business Center I it is the largest office complex in Central Europe with nearly 126 thousand sqm of leasable area.
HB Reavis Slovakia, a.s. has been on the Slovak property market since 1993. They expanded into the Czech Republic and Hungary during the past year. Their most significant completed projects include the Aupark shopping centre, Bratislava Business Center I–IV, Apollo Business Center I and II, City Business Center I-II. Their investment plan – totalling to one and a half billion EUR only in the CR and Slovakia – is dominated by the multi-functional Twin City and office complex CBC III-IV. After successful completion of shopping and leisure complex Aupark in Slovak capital, HB Reavis Group decided to build Aupark´s not only in other regional Slovak capitals but also in the neighbouring Czech Republic.
