Nitra: investor wants to build new flats at Klokočina housing estate
A total of 135 new flats will be built at the Klokočina housing estate in Nitra. The company Camelot Nitra s.r.o. wants to build two blocks of flats on the boundary of Hviezdoslavova and Kmeťova streets. Construction is planned to start in September 2011 and completed in September 2014. Investment costs amount to EUR 13.7 million. The total land area is 12,720 sqm.
As shown in documents submitted for environmental impact assessment (EIA), one block of flats will have 42 flats, the other will be a multi-purpose building with 93 flat units. A leasable area for commercial outlets and services is also envisaged. 35 people will be employed there. The investor also foresees the construction of pavements, technical infrastructure and greenery. There will be parking in underground one-storey garage and an outside car park.
