Orco has new residential project V Mezihoří
Orco plans to build 142 new flats at Prague´s Palmovka. The construction of the V Mezihoří Project is planned to be launched in April 2013, the property developer wants to complete it in spring 2014. Orco has been struggling with high debts in recent years, the company has thus limited its construction activities. Orco’s last large residential project in Prague was the construction of 232 new flats in Hostivař which have been on the market since 2007. Orco also refurbished an old house near the Charles Bridge recently. Orco’s major project in Prague is the development of an area around the former railway station in Prague´s suburb of Bubny. Orco plans to build flats, offices as well as a university compus. It plans to build a shopping centre in Bubny in cooperation with property development company Unibail-Rodamco.
