Senica is afraid of investors outgoing

The Senica town is afraid that it could lose several important investors due to the crisis. The factory of Delphi Slovensko, s.r.o., Company, the daughter of one of the biggest world auto components producer is endangered, according to Ľubomír Parízek, the town major. Planned reduction of the Company factories number all over the world can also touch Senica namely. „We discussed with the trade union representatives, the company headquarters and the district office how to avoid it. It is needed to show the owners, that production is effective and employees are flexible here,“ Parízek told. Dissolution of production in the Senica factory would mean lose of one of major employees for the town. Currently about 1800 people are working in the factory. „The decision whether the factory will remain here or not will ought to be made in spring,“ major particularized.
