Senica town opened the new industrial zone
The building-up of the new industrial park required investments in the amount of almost 10 millions Euro as the Senica major, Ľubomír Parízek, told at its opening; about 1.6 mills Euro hereof was offered to the town from the SR Department of Industry like the non-recurring financial contribution. The Senica industrial zone will offer 160 ha of area to potential investors, whereas other 15 ha in the site of former barracks already serve to 39 set up investors. The major Parízek did not know to conc. till now, how many job positions could be established here. „We created conditions for next 30, 40 years. If one factory will accrue each year, I will be glad,“ he told. IKO Sales International, Technoimes and Maccaferri companies plan to invest in the Senica industrial park whereas Arcelor Slovakia, ArcelorMittal Construction and Noble International are already working here.
