Pezinok plans to work out the town-planning scheme. It therefore started preparation works for its securing in accordance with the declaration of the council for years 2006 to 2010 in the area of the town development, housing and building-up. The new planning scheme could become effective at the end of year 2011 in ideal case. Total costs for its work out are 75 500 €. After preparation works are finished, surveys and talks will be done, the conception suggestion will be worked out and discussed, with which the municipal council will be dealing. Consequently the concept of the planning scheme solution will be elaborated in two variants, which they will discuss with inhabitants and at the town council session as well. After that the planning scheme suggestion will be worked out, which they will discuss with public. Consequently the original of the planning scheme will be worked out, which they will submit to the municipal deputies; it has to be approved at the Regional Building Office as well.
