HB Reavis has officially launched construction of Košice Aupark

Representatives of companies Aupark and HB Reavis officially announced the start of construction of a multi-function commercial-entertainment and administration complex Aupark on Námestie osloboditeľov in Košice and related construction of a four-lane road including relocation of engineering networks. The original intention was to start the construction two years ago. The delay was caused by searching an optimal transport solution with town leaders and resolving ownership issues. Aupark in Košice at the total cost of approx. EUR 93 mill. will be the second largest in Slovakia after a park in Bratislava.
